Mr. Pelletier is a resident of Providence, Rhode Island. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island (B.S. Business Administration, B.A. French). Mr. Pelletier earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University’s School of Law. Mr. Pelletier represents individuals and businesses concerning residential real estate and financing transactions, business formation, condominium conversion and creation and estate planning. Mr. Pelletier is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Missouri. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Pelletier is active in the community as he currently proudly serves on the Board of Directors for AIDS Care Ocean State and Marriage Equality Rhode Island. He is active with the Rhode Island Association of Gay Professionals, Rhode Island Lawyers for Equality & Diversity, the Rhode Island Bar Association LGBT Committee, and the Rhode Island Title Standards Committee. He was previously a board member for the Summit Neighborhood Association.
